Here's Jennifer on site with a member of the construction crew as the last bit of bridge steel is removed in Fieldale, VA. I first met Jennifer when I emailed her asking for copies of the Fieldale Bridge photos. The next thing I knew I was part of the bridge committee. And soon I found I had donated money for a memorial plaque! Such is Jennifer's power over people: her enthusiasm is very contagious! She has been Rivers and Trails project manager for the Dan River Basin Association for two years. In December the Martinsville & Henry County Economic Development Corp. (EDC) realized just how good she is: they named her the Director of Tourism for Martinsville and Henry County. Congratulations Jennifer and congratulations EDC - you've made a great choice!
