the little red car? Remember plucking those wet chickens? And Duckie Luckie (not

Local
author and judge Martin Clark has two bestsellers to his credit. The
Many Aspects of Mobile Home Living was his first book and described
as "Arguably the funniest legal thriller ever written - a book that
makes Clark seem like not only the thinking man's John Grisham but, maybe
better, the drinking man's John Grisham." by the New York Times
Magazine. Check his new website for details of the second (and
third - to be released this spring) books > www.martinclark.com |

| Barbara
Harding Oehlbeck grew up in Martinsville and now lives in Florida. (If
you are an old geezer you may remember Barbara's voice on the radio.)
She writes quite a bit about Florida but her book, Mama - Root,
Hog, or Die is about her mother Nancy Harding. You may remember
Glen Harding's motorcycle shop on Memorial Boulevard. Before that Glen
the shop belonged to his parents Glen and Nancy. You will surely enjoy
this book - buy it on Barbara's site
or buy it used on Amazon.com.
